Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PawPrints. We appreciate your business and want you to be confident in your purchase. Because all of our products are digital goods, special terms apply to refunds and returns.


Overview

Our products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods. Once a digital file has been sent, downloaded, or otherwise accessed, it cannot be returned.


For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital product purchases except in limited circumstances outlined below.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All digital files and downloads
  • Custom digital artwork or personalized files
  • Gift cards

Once your purchase is confirmed and the product file has been delivered to you (via email, download link, or account access), the sale is final.

Refund Eligibility

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following situations:

  1. If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  2. If the file you receive is damaged or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  3. If you receive the wrong file from us.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date and must include proof of purchase.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to make it right.

While we do not provide refunds for digital products, we may offer a replacement file or alternative product of equal value if:

  • Your request is reasonable, and
  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase explaining the issue.

Important for Pet Portrait Orders:

  • Customers are requested to provide the highest quality image of their pet possible.
  • The pose, angle, and expression in the reference image you provide will be reflected in the final artwork.
  • The customer is responsible for selecting an image they are happy with before submission, as this cannot be changed once work begins.

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a reasonable request and to decide on the most suitable replacement option.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.



If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot offer exchanges. If you received an incorrect file, we will replace it at no extra charge.

Gifts

If a digital product was purchased for you as a gift, we can resend the download link to your email address upon proof of purchase from the original buyer. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser, subject to our eligibility criteria above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
