Essentially, if you are unhappy with your portrait, you can contact us for a completely free of charge redraw after you receive your delivery.
It is important, however, that you choose your photo carefully when submitting to us, as we cannot accept a change of mind on the photo you selected. Our team will reach out to you if they believe it is not well-lit, or is too low quality to draw from.

Your portrait is delivered to you as an instant digital download. It is recommended that you print at a 3:4 or 2:3 aspect ratio. Typical large size prints following this guide would be 18in x 24in or 16in x 24in.
Our illustrations are lossless, meaning that they can be printed at ANY size and never lose their quality. If you would like an exceptionally large print size, simply contact us and our artists will ensure it is exported at the size you'd like.
Yes we can! Our artists will automatically remove accessories including harnesses and collars unless you specify otherwise in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.
Our current turnaround time is 72 hours from your order. This allows our artists to check that your photo will be high quality enough to draw from, and gives them sufficient time to capture your pet in all of its detail!
We are working on a priority order option.
Yes! We can include multiple pets in a single portrait. Additional pets incur an extra charge.
If you would like two or more pets framed in the same portrait, just leave a comment in the "Special Instructions" field at checkout.
Ensure that you add each of the individual pets to cart so that we can group them all together.
